At JYS Flower, we take great care in preparing and delivering fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements. Since flowers are perishable products, refunds are offered only under specific circumstances to ensure quality and fairness.
Refund requests are accepted in cases where the product is damaged during delivery, the wrong item is delivered, or there is a genuine quality issue. Customers must report such concerns within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or proof to help us assess the issue accurately.
Once a request is received, our team will review the details and verify the claim. If approved, JYS Flower may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, recipient unavailability, minor variations in flower color or arrangement style, or delays caused by factors beyond our control. Orders once prepared or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
By placing an order with JYS Flower, customers acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. JYS Flower reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
